Feedburner is dying please update your RSS links

Hey everyone those of you who have been reading my blog and subscribed via rss the url is going to change. This is due to Feedburner being shut down. Please update your links to http://www.hikingthetrail.com/feed/rss.

    I switched to feedblitz and really like it. That sucks about feedburner.

      I have heard good things about Feedblitz. They are a paid service correct?

        Yeah they’re a pay service. It’s tiered based on the number of email subscribers you have. RSS subscribers do not count in the monthly price. Quick help from their support too, usually within an hour.

    Hi Adam, So I keep hearing rumors about the demise of Feedburner, but when I go to Feedburner, all looks well. Can you tell me what you know, please? When is Feedburner dying and why?

      Google has decided to stop supporting this product. The API was shut down on the 20th so any system using the API to access reporting or stats will no longer work. The site will keep your data for the time being but I would assume that it will eventually be shut down also. Their blog, twitter, and other social accounts have been quite for months.
